What this service is

Atlantajetcharters.com is a charter arrangement service. We act as your agent to source aircraft and operators for a trip, and we do not own or operate aircraft. Every flight we arrange is operated by an independent air carrier that holds FAA Part 135 authority and retains operational control of the flight.

Because the operator holds operational control, the operator, not this website, is the entity that flies the aircraft, assigns crew, and makes final decisions on aircraft and schedule. You'll see the operator identified on the documents for your trip, and you can ask us for that identification before you commit to anything.

How quotes and estimates work

Prices you see from us are estimates, not offers. A quote reflects the aircraft category, the routing, and the conditions known at the time. It becomes a firm number only after the operator confirms it against their availability, crew, and current costs.

Hourly ranges you see by category give you a way to compare, and route figures like the light jet range for a trip from Atlanta to Miami are drawn from the same model. Neither is a contract price. Treat every figure as a planning estimate until you have a written confirmation from the operator through us.

Booking, payment, and the contract

When you accept a confirmed quote, the flight itself is governed by the operator's charter agreement. That agreement covers payment terms, deposit requirements, allowed changes, and cancellation. Payment goes to the operator or as their contract directs, and the operator's contract controls if anything here conflicts with it.

Cancellation and change policies vary by operator and by how close you are to departure. Read the operator's terms before you pay, and ask us to walk you through anything unclear. We can arrange and coordinate, but we cannot waive or rewrite the operator's cancellation terms on our own.

Taxes, fees, and what the price includes

Quoted estimates generally include the flight cost as modeled and may exclude or include taxes and fees depending on how the quote is prepared. Federal excise tax applies to domestic air transportation, and separate segment fees, airport or FBO charges, international fees, and crew-related costs can apply.

For trips that leave the United States, such as Atlanta to Nassau or Turks and Caicos, additional departure and arrival fees and customs considerations can apply. Your confirmed quote and the operator's contract will itemize what is included. If a line item matters to your decision, ask before paying rather than assume.

Aircraft, airports, and performance

The aircraft listed on this site, from turboprops like the King Air 350i through heavy jets like the Falcon 900LX, show intended categories and typical cabin or range figures for comparison. The specific aircraft for your trip is confirmed by the operator, and an equivalent substitute may be used where the operator's contract allows.

Atlanta-area departures commonly use Fulton County Brown Field, DeKalb Peachtree, Cobb County McCollum Field, or Hartsfield-Jackson, depending on the aircraft and mission. Summer density altitude at these fields runs from roughly 3,000 to 3,800 feet at peak conditions, which is one reason operators confirm performance for a given aircraft before a flight is finalized.

Limitation of liability

We arrange transportation as your agent. We are not the carrier, we do not operate the aircraft, and we are not responsible for the operator's acts or omissions in conducting the flight. Any liability for the flight itself rests with the operator under their contract and applicable law.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for claims arising from the arrangement service is limited to the fees we receive for the arrangement. Nothing here limits rights you may have that cannot be waived, and nothing here is legal advice. If a term matters to you, review it with your own counsel before booking.
